The Papelera group is one of the most important companies in Bolivia and investment is a fundamental part of its development as a modern business.

Set up in 1930, it was one of the first companies to import graphic items, it went on to invest its own capital in various industries, diversifying into many areas such as paper manufacture, offset printing, flexography, corrugated cardboard, paper bags, plastic blow and injection moulding. Papelera currently has plants for corrugated cardboard, bags, sacks and digital printing, making it market leader in the Bolivian packaging sector.

In accordance with our organisational policy and our constant desire to improve, in 2014 we decided to invest in new technologies to promote the development of our company and our corrugated cardboard plant. It was an important strategic decision to adopt a cutting-edge software platform.

We looked at nine of the best software houses from all over the world in an attempt to find our software supplier. After months of in-depth analysis we decided on the RTS ERP management software, a system which affords total control, capable of managing the business cycle, orders and production in a complete and reliable way.

Now RTS allows us to manage all processes, from estimates to offers, all the way through to the analysis of accounts and control over the real production costs. The RTS architecture allows us to see all the information in real time.
